Q: Do you wholesale the properties you contract, or buy them outright?
A: At Revival Homebuyer, we buy houses directly. We do not currently wholesale houses . After a quick 15 minute walkthrough, we can make you an offer. We always follow through and can close in just a couple of days because we aren’t reliant on the banks or trying to quickly find a buyer for your property… we are the buyer!
Q: How do you determine your offer price?
A: First, we will take a look at the recent sales in your neighborhood. We will factor in our repairs costs, making you a fair and straightforward offer. Remember, you won’t have any repair costs, cleaning costs, or commissions to pay!
Q: Where are you currently buying?
A: We are buying houses throughout the Tampa Bay area – in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Polk counties. We also purchase properties in Hernando, Sarasota, and Manatee counties as well.
Q: What situations are you able to help with?
A: Our team can help you with a difficult property, and/or we can help with just about any difficult situation you have found yourself in. We can help if you need to downsize, if you need to relocate, or if you are having trouble paying your mortgage. We buy inherited houses and properties that need work. A: We don’t have any! We are willing to come take a look at your property (no obligations to you or us), to see if we can help!
Q: Are there any costs I should be prepared for?
A: No. There are never any costs, commissions, or hidden fees when working with our team. In fact, we will help save you money on cleaning, staging, repairs, and more!
Q: What makes your different from agents and other Tampa homebuyers?
A: We aren’t in this to try to make a commission off of you, nor wholesale it to another buyer for a fee. We are locals who are passionate about helping others in the area. Q: What should I expect after getting an offer?
A: Once we provide you with an offer, the rest is up to you! We do not utilize high-pressure sales techniques. We want you to make the decision that is best for you! If you do opt to sell, we will close at a local title company within only a few short business days. Our Transaction Manager and Title partners walk your through the process with as much or little handholding as you need. If you need to sell now but need to reside in the home for a bit longer, we can help you with that too!
